"The appliance was not worth repairing."

"It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. If I couldn't complete the repair, I would have at least been sure of the diagnosis when I engaged a repair service. Money well spent either way. It's a brave new world!"

Calling an expert technician from Mr. Appliance is the smart choice to make. Not only do we charge by the job instead of by the hour, we provide an accurate quote before we begin any work. We will also never attempt to diagnose your appliance problem over the phone; that is because we want our quote to be based in the facts and what you need, instead of on our speculation. When you give us a call, you can be confident knowing that you will be working with highly trained, polite in-home service professionals who are interested in helping you find a solution for your immediate appliance problems, as well as helping prevent any future issues.

"Choice arranged for a technician to come to our home to repair our refrigerator, it took 2 weeks to before any company could come and we were without a refrigerator during that time. Once the tech came out, he determined the unit could not be repaired. Choice offered us a depreciated replacement amount that will not actually "replace" our unit, it will only cushion the blow a little. We were under the impression that replace meant with like quality and kind, I guess you have to read all the small print. Nevertheless, we did receive some compensation even though it will take 30 more days to receive the check in the mail for that reimbursement as well. A-1 Austin Appliance Repair was great though."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
