He worked quickly but job took over 3 hours to figure out problem with several outlets not working and a bad switch and unusual wiring in 1 of the outlets and to replace the faulty switch and a failed circuit breaker on the panel (the cause of the outlets not working) including a trip to HD to buy a new circuit breaker.
