I talked with the chief executor, who was extremely friendly over the phone and scheduled a roof inspection and an in-person appointment with my husband and me. From the moment we walked in their store, the salesperson remembered us from last year.  He showed us carpet samples and advised us on choice of pad.  Heibat came out to measure and gave us the estimate promptly.  Their estimate was considerably lower in price than another company for the exact same product--Mohawk carpet, upgraded pad and baseboards.  The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and did a wonderful job.  We love our new carpet and baseboards.
