We had two bathrooms that he remodeled for us and he never once left us with out running water or electricity and always made sure we know what was going to be worked on each day and would check back in with us before leaving the worksite for the night. 10 Star service, I am sure if we had asked he would have a rolled out a red carpet for us. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after.
