"The job was a complete remodel from floor to ceiling. We replaced tile and carpet with engineered hardwood, gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash and appliances. Updated plumbing and electrical, removed walls, scraped popcorn ceiling added can lighting and painted. The job also included all new solid wood doors throughout, and new trim and molding. I would recommend Green Hills Construction in a heartbeat! I was kept in the loop throughout and the end result is awesome."

"I was looking for someone to repair a leak where my patio cover met the wall of my garage. I had several estimates but chose this company because they were the only ones to "find" a soft spot in the rest of my roof that "needed" the plywood replaced. Their estimate was $1000 more than anyone else but I figured that was because of the soft spot repair. A $760 down payment was required to start the work. The contractors arrived, proceeded with the work, told me the soft spot was fine and didn't need to be replaced, and finished the next day. Nobody came to inspect the contractors work to make sure all was done. When the bill arrived, I went up to check the work and noticed that not everything was done and it still leaked. I sent a text message to the company. No response. I sent an email the next day and their representative came to my house and confirmed that not all the work was done and they would send the contractors out again,...but it would required another down payment of $1140 this time, even though it wasn't my fault their contractors didn't finish the job. The contractor showed up unexpectedly a week later; nobody had told me they would be arriving that day, and finished the job. The company only took $105 off the final invoice for not needing to repair the soft spot. I could've saved $1000 with someone else and probably had an easier time of it. FYI, this company only guarantees their repair work for 30 days. EDIT 04/24/2023: was offered a $500 refund to remove my reviews or change them to 5 stars. I canâ t figure out how to remove this one so I changed it to 5 stars. I need the cash to find someone else to fix the leak."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"I needed to have my roof replaced along with 5 skylights.  Mid Valley Building provided a very detailed bid and the price came in at least a few thousand dollars under any other bids I received, this included the price of new skylights. Not only did they provide Excellent service, but the installation was done with honesty, integrity and professionalism.  This company is family owned and displays wonderful ethics. They showed up on time with a great crew and completed the installation in two and a half days.  Not only were they prompt, but they made sure to leave the areas around the house cleaned up every day.  I chose Owens Corning Tru Def Duration Series roofing and was so very glad I did since I'm in a high wind and rain area.  They were very courteous and a pleasure to have around.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for honesty, integrity and professionalism in a contractor. "We actually had Bellos Construction do considerably more than just a bathroom remodel. Additional work included installing flooring, installing insulation and drywall, demolition work, roofing repair, etc. Overall the experience was good. Jose is very responsive and helped me out quite a bit dealing with renovating and repairing an older house that was not properly taken care of by the previous owners/renters. The only real issue we had was confirming the materials that would be installed in the bathroom (i.e., fixtures, etc). There was some miscommunication there that probably was not helped by the fact we are out of state and trying to manage a construction project. One thing that stood out about Jose was his willingness to help out with things that didn't fall under his contractual obligations. For example, he helped me transport a water tank when he didn't need to do so. If we have a need for services that Bellos Construction offers, then we will definitely consider them in the future given our experiences with them."
