"Jose helped me connect my home entertainment system to a single power source after it had previously done incorrectly. He also attempted to connect my tv to communicate to my receiver. Jose was very generous with his time, coming out several times to do that. He suggested that I replace the receiver, which was not the problem. Then he suggested that I may have had a bad sensor in the receiver that wouldn’t allow the tv to communicate with the receiver and speakers. Neither of those issues were correct, and I fixed the problem on my own. Overall, the price to connect the power source was reasonable, and Jose came out several times at no charge, but couldn’t solve the problem."

He also checked one other VCR; for both, he showed me how to operate them and recommended labeling the remote controls, and changed the on TV labels so I could easily find the correct settings. "The team at Intellihome were fantastic. Nima and Brandon were very knowledgeable when it came to all of my needs. They helped out in the beginning with the wiring and then came back for installation of the equipment. They were able to integrate my TV’s and projector/screen so that I could easily use the remotes and my phone for everything. They also installed a few light switches throughout the house in order to be able to control scenes. I was a bit skeptical of the Control4 system at first, but they made it very easy to use and were very responsive to any changes I wanted made for my scenes. They even went out of their way to optimize my internet so that my dead spots would have coverage. I would definitely recommend the team and look forward to working with them again"

"I was having problems with the installation of a Rind camera door bell. I talked to ring and the recommended Hello Tech to help me finsh the installation. They contacted me and came to the house the very next day . The technician was extremely helpfull and installed a jump wire so my exixting door bell wound be compatable with the Ring system"

"The work Luis and Jose did was exceptional. They arrived ahead of schedule. They were both professional and personable. They made sure everything was done correctly and did not rush. It was a difficult job installing a home theater system in a room were you couldn't route wires in the ceiling or under the floor the whole way, so they got creative. They removed the baseboard, carved space into the walls for the wires and then replaced the baseboards. That is something I never would have thought to do. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend New Wave Home Audio to others, and the next time I will ask for Luis and Jose again."
