"Juan was great and very knowledgeable. We contacted Juan for an estimate to repair parts of a recently installed whole house vinyl floor (planks). Juan responded immediately our contact via Angie's List. Juan was at our home within 24 hours as promised. Juan reviewed our needs and inspected the floor. He provided 2 estimates which were VERY competitive and included material. Unfortunately we were unable to hire Juan because of some money constraints on our end. But Juan's communication and experience with flooring was a definite eyeopener. I would hire Juan with confidence and without hesitation. He will definitely have my business in the future!"

"Absolutely perfectly. The job required removal of existing linoleum and carpeting, new install of latex subflooring, luxury vinyl install over three rooms all laid on a 45° angle, and new baseboards. My install was a bit problematic as it involved the approval of the Condo Board. Valley Carpet One went above and beyond by submitting specs to the Condo Board and backing up their choices with solid examples of previous work, and got me the approval I needed. They worked with my painter to make sure the baseboards were painted before install. And when there was a recurring problem with one area — caulk would absorb into the space along one mirrored wall and would not adhere — they waited until the flooring had settled and did the finishing touches to perfection. They had been recommended to me by a friend who had also recommended them to five other people, and I have since recommended them to people who have also used their services. Valley Carpet One is an incredible company, and I hope to engage them again when I do my bathroom and balcony,"

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. "Byron and his team recently helped me with a floor polishing project as part of my home remodeling efforts. Byron was very responsive on text/phone and came in a few times before we settled on a date to come provide a quote as well to give me samples that I could select from. He is based in Culver City and yet made the trip out to Pasadena a few times to help with making sure I was comfortable with the sample selection. He was very prompt and responsive during scheduling especially when I had to move the date a few times due to delays in remodeling. His team was prompt and came in as scheduled, did a great job and provided me regular updates during the process.
