"Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Another great job completed by JB Masters. They replaced my roof & gutters last year and now they completed a complicated painting job on my home. The architectural design of my home presented a lot of detail work & the crew couldn't have been more attentive. I don't know how many times I heard, "We want you to be happy." They also offered great advice on how to paint the trim as this was my first time having a home painted to this extent. My house presented several challenges but the crew was able to handle them confidently and professionally. "Melissa came and gave us an estimate and also the news that our home had extensive hail damage on all sides. It explained why my house looked so bad. She also made a trip out to meet with our second insurance adjuster because our first was blind to the damage. We had other quotes and no one else had mentioned the hail damage. The second adjuster came and also found extensive hail damage on the roof. Because of her visit, repairs to my home of over 20K were paid by the insurance company. Oscar and his crew were very professional. They repaired some damaged wood, primed, and painted my home and stained my fence. I learned from reading reviews of painting in general that you should make sure you look at everything. That made sense to me. So when it was time for the walkthrough I was very thorough. They touched up, or fixed etc. everything that I brought to their attention. We then did a second walkthrough to make sure everything was done that was found in the first walkthrough. They left me with a home that I can feel proud of."

"Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. "First, shingles for TWO roofs had been delivered on top of our double wide. When the two guys showed up to roof the first day, they didn't know why all the shingles were put on one house. I called Wyndhill and asked for them to move the shingles for the 2nd roof down because of the weight. Was told would be done at end of first day. It was not. Second we were told the work would be done in 2 days which turned into 4. There were 2 guys doing the house roof the first day, and then only one guy came for the next three days over a weekend. Our biggest concern was if he fell off the roof, no one would have known. Wyndhill told us they had run into trouble with losing crew etc. and couldn't reschedule more people to roof. We made so many calls to them about why they didn't show up, why materials were left, etc. They did give us the labor discount from Angies and took another $200 for inconvenience but it was really frustrating. The fan they replaced over the master bath which connects to the bedroom chatters with the wind. We asked them to fix it since Oct 4. Never did to our knowledge. They said they would replace it and they never followed up after several calls to them. My husband wound up going onto the roof and stuffing something in it to make the noise stop. Roof looks good. Price was good. Response was terrible. Sorry."

Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!! "Perfect. Greg ordered the matching siding that was not commonly stocked and then called promptly when it came in. His team spent hours two stories up replacing siding and went the extra mile by fashioning water diverters from the wall into the gutter (which would have prevented the problem in the first place if the builder had taken that step 28 years ago). When additional rot was exposed Greg's team replaced those boards, caulked, and painted the replacement boards in one afternoon. His team cleaned up everything prior to departing."

"We are really pleased with their work and highly recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do (exceeded our expectations), and worked consistently, carefully, respectfully, and professionally. They started soon after we contacted them and stayed with our project until it was completed (4+ days, including over the weekend). They were very responsive to all of our questions; they gave us great customer service and a professional paint job. We are in the construction business and generally do all our own home maintenance, so we were nervous about hiring someone else to do this work. The rotting wood in the half-timbering near the roofline (next to stucco) was not something we knew how to deal with, so that's why we initially contracted with them.
