"Adrian and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish.  Within a week of signing the contract, they were at my house and working.  They discovered that the original siding did not have plywood or wrap behind it.  Adrian called me immediately, explained the situation that I had to have the wood and wrap behind the siding.  He gave me a very fair price on the additional work and material.  They got the material and started work the next day.   The staff is nice and courteous.  The house looks great! "John, owner of Improvement Pros, and his team recently finished a kitchen remodel for us. Although we kept the same layout, the cabinets, counters, kitchen sink, and backsplash were all replaced. His team also added crown molding and trim on the soffit to help it blend in with the cabinets. John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. If that wouldn’t have happened, the job would have been finished as expected. To make up for that delay, John worked on a Saturday and gave us a small discount on the overall price. He also strived to make sure that my husband and I were both satisfied with the end results. Not happy about a tile? He’ll fix it. Cabinet doors look just a little off to you? He’ll straighten them. At the end of a project, he asks for honest feedback because he wants to keep improving his business. Since this was the third time he successfully completed a project in our house, we knew we’d be pleased with the results of this project as well. He did not disappoint and we love our new kitchen!"

"It went great. My contact was Joe who was great to work with from start to finish. The job entailed preparing the existing tape and bed on the garage walls and ceiling to minimize show through, priming the whole garage and then applying two coats of paint. I had decided that I did not want to pay for extensive tape and bed touch-up work to insure no show-thru so preparing the existing tape and bed was very important to me. Joe quoted me a price which was higher than some of the other bids I had but Joe did his best to get the price down as low as possible. They needed to keep their crews working so I think I got the bare minimum price which I greatly appreciated. There were other bidders in the same price range but Joe's knowledge and responsiveness tipped the scale in his favor. A challenging point that I had to work through involved how much show-thru would exist. I was willing to accept a degree of show-thru but arriving at a mutual agreement with the Paint Doctor was a challenge. But Joe came through for me. I showed him some pictures of a garage that had been painted by another bidder that clearly showed the show thru. Joe told my job would look as good or better. That was good enough for me. I signed on with the Paint Doctor to paint the garage and I am so glad that I did. It came out just as expected. Joe advised me in selecting the paint which was also greatly appreciated. The crew that came out to do the work, David and his daughter Anna, was also great to work with. They did their very best to deliver a job satisfactory to me, and they did it. The resulting job looks great. There is show thru but no more than what I expected. When the work was being done, David really laid down the primer (7-gallons) and then two heavy coats of paint. As it turned out considerably more primer was used than estimated so I offered pay for the additional primer which Joe did not intend to mention. But I volunteered since it was the right thing to do. This illustrates how honorable The Paint Doctor is. All things consider, I could not have gotten a better paint job. "Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. Years later we have ugly mold/fungus on our downstairs ceiling and between the floors. I saw a referral here, on Nextdoor, to use Shawn Turano of PROPERTY RESTORATION SOLUTIONS. Great referral! He really knows how to handle dangerous molds, utilizing HEPA requirements, etc. He gave us a reasonable bid, adhered to it, did an outstanding job and solved our problem. "First, shingles for TWO roofs had been delivered on top of our double wide. When the two guys showed up to roof the first day, they didn't know why all the shingles were put on one house. I called Wyndhill and asked for them to move the shingles for the 2nd roof down because of the weight. Was told would be done at end of first day. It was not. Second we were told the work would be done in 2 days which turned into 4. There were 2 guys doing the house roof the first day, and then only one guy came for the next three days over a weekend. Our biggest concern was if he fell off the roof, no one would have known. Wyndhill told us they had run into trouble with losing crew etc. and couldn't reschedule more people to roof. We made so many calls to them about why they didn't show up, why materials were left, etc. They did give us the labor discount from Angies and took another $200 for inconvenience but it was really frustrating. The fan they replaced over the master bath which connects to the bedroom chatters with the wind. We asked them to fix it since Oct 4. Never did to our knowledge. They said they would replace it and they never followed up after several calls to them. My husband wound up going onto the roof and stuffing something in it to make the noise stop. Roof looks good. Price was good. Response was terrible. Sorry."

Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. His help was invaluable to us in our decision making, and we greatly appreciate his time and expertise. Milton made a great effort to move up the installation date to fit my travel schedule. The crew was very professional. They meticulously picking up all the nails from the site with the magnetic rollers. Milton even ask the crew to replace all the gutter guards that were damaged during the old roof removal, at no-charge. They really did an excellent job. Our new roof is awesome! We just love it!! I would like to give Milton and Peachtree Restorations the top rating, we are totally satisfied with their products and services. Peachtree Restorations is the top notch I highly recommend."

"Perfect. Greg ordered the matching siding that was not commonly stocked and then called promptly when it came in. His team spent hours two stories up replacing siding and went the extra mile by fashioning water diverters from the wall into the gutter (which would have prevented the problem in the first place if the builder had taken that step 28 years ago). When additional rot was exposed Greg's team replaced those boards, caulked, and painted the replacement boards in one afternoon. His team cleaned up everything prior to departing."

"We are really pleased with their work and highly recommend them. They did what they said they were going to do (exceeded our expectations), and worked consistently, carefully, respectfully, and professionally. They started soon after we contacted them and stayed with our project until it was completed (4+ days, including over the weekend). They were very responsive to all of our questions; they gave us great customer service and a professional paint job. We are in the construction business and generally do all our own home maintenance, so we were nervous about hiring someone else to do this work. The rotting wood in the half-timbering near the roofline (next to stucco) was not something we knew how to deal with, so that's why we initially contracted with them.
