While he was on site, I asked him to check into prices to replace the old garage door as well. Within a day after talking with the supplier, he informed me that I could purchase a door with better insulation at a sale price which would cost the same as the base model I was looking at. We scheduled a day to replace the garage door, and again, he showed up on time and completed the task within a few hours. He noted that, due to a slight dip in the cement at the entrance to our garage, a thicker seal should be placed at the bottom of the door. He did not have that seal on his truck at the time, however, he made it a point to fit in a time the very next day to take care of the situation, even though I sensed he was already fully booked.
