Other than having to wait 4 months to receive the new doors- thank you supply chain issues-2 installers arrived at 8:30AM and by 1:15 both doors installed and working - including new openers. I have an old house with walls that aren’t all straight- after 2 days- one of the doors was having issues with a tensioning cable- I called and they sent one of the original installers back the next day- he fixed the issue with the cable tensioners. They are organized - pay attention to details- have a good variety of doors to choose from- very professional and totally worth the money. I saw an immediate reduction in heat loss and wind in my garage with the new doors. 4 months later I still think the new garage doors were a fabulous investment"

We scheduled a day to replace the garage door, and again, he showed up on time and completed the task within a few hours. He noted that, due to a slight dip in the cement at the entrance to our garage, a thicker seal should be placed at the bottom of the door. He did not have that seal on his truck at the time, however, he made it a point to fit in a time the very next day to take care of the situation, even though I sensed he was already fully booked.
