"Josh did a wonderful job on my faucet replacement."

"Mr. Kachurick installed a gas line for a fireplace in my home. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. The service he provided was top tier. He made sure I understood everything he would be doing and even showed me how he checked to make sure the gas line wasn’t leaking after installing it. Not only did he provide us with excellent service in terms of the line installation, his expertise also gave me peace of mind, knowing that we were provided with high quality work."

"Wahl was able to provide same-day service on my furnace that had shut off in the midst of our first snowfall this year. Within 2 hours of arriving, they diagnosed and fixed the issue. They recommended replacement options in the next year, but weren't pushy about me spending that type of money now, which I appreciate. I'd recommend their expert, timely team to anyone!"

"We called Dave at Stahl Plumbing And Drain to replace a water pressure regulator just after 8am. He was helpful and thorough over the phone, was here by 11am, and done just after 12pm. I can't speak to his pricing having not heard back from two other inquiries, but his attentiveness and prompt scheduling (and having our water pressure back in 4 hours) made for a fantastic experience. We'll certainly be calling him next time we need any plumbing work done."

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits. \nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally. \nRed Carpet Treatment \nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Previous homeowner left us with a mess and we needed new gas lines installed in our house. Gary did an awesome job on everything. He explained why certain things couldn’t be repaired, installed all new properly rated pipe, and rerouted everything so that it was more efficient and it looks clean and tidy. Highly recommend"

"I am very glad I found this company. Ryan and Hunter did a great job. They took care when they were in the house. Very courteous. Prices are good. Need a plumber get these guys."

"Total Reliance exceeded our expectations! My garage was level but the ground was not, making it essentially unusable. Zac did a thorough analysis of the situation, provided a detailed estimate, started work promptly as agreed, and completed the project in the timeframe specified. It looks fantastic and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you Zac, Tyler, and Grant!!"

"Walt and his company are great. Do great work and very pleasant to work with. Will hire for everything plumbing wise!"

"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
