I've been working with Robby and his team for over 10 years on behalf of third-party clients and he is one of the most trustworthy contractors I've known. We've had Miguel, one of R Wiley's outstanding technicians out for service and maintenance and I've been happy with his work and helping to diagnose issues. When it came time to replace our very old AC & Furnace units, there was no sales pressure - just consultative solutions. R Wiley's pricing was in line with some of the more affordable bids and they don't try to push you into super high-priced marked-up units or things that should be included with installation, or all those "financing" programs where you end up paying way more for your project. Installation with Marvin was awesome - they were done with two units in one day and what a difference it's made. Overall an awesome experience from day one, with a successful multiple unit replacement. I'm glad I have them to continue to keep the units serviced on an annual basis as well. Highly recommend!"

"Went well. The attic stairs we’re broken while removing / installing new furnaces. Dayco without any delay ordered new stairs to be installed. We had an issue with not using material to cover hardwood floors and did get some small scratches. We did review this complaint and they did offer to send a flooring co to repair"

"Jeremy Reel completed the install to perfection. He installed a 50A breaker and the Level 2 Charger. When the car was only charging to 32A he stayed and trouble shot the issue for an extra hour. "Everything with Estes has been great with the exception of the initial system installation. The only reason I rated them a B is the install crew nicked a wire and did not disclose it which caused a system failure 3 days later. Estes was out the same day of system failure and fixed the problem wire and installed a complete new electrical box to the unit - which was totally above and beyond."

"I should have gotten other estimates. I was not told prior to them coming out that it was $149 for them to come out and inspect. The $149 did not apply to the work that was done. It cost over $1100 to have 2 fixtures replaced (one was a bathroom light and exhaust), one fixture to be better attached outside on the porch, an electrical box installed on the outside of the house and to fix the connection from the pool pump into the electrical panel. The technician was very knowledgeable and very nice. But the overall cost for the amount of work that was done was very high. The hourly rate came to almost $200/hour. I regret hiring them on the spot without getting other estimates."
