"I asked Georgia Radon Solutions Company for help to reduce the radon in my basement, which had a reading of 8. Mitchell Stein contacted me 2 hours before arrival. Upon arrival, he inspected the basement and explained how the work would be done and addressed my concern about how the duct would connect to the outside. He also gave me a reasonable price quote. He then noticed that I had an Aprilaire Energy Recovery Ventilator installed in my basement. I told him that the ventilator is not working and needs needs to be fixed. He suggested that I fix the ventilator and get it running, which may then solve my radon issue. I took the suggestion and fixed the ventilator, and now my basement has a radon reading of 2. "Roland was fantastic.  He showed up a few minutes late, but his assistant was there a few minutes early to begin looking at the house.  They allowed me to shadow them during the entire inspection, and they explained (in layman's terms) any questions that I had throughout the process.  The inspection lasted nearly 3.5 hours!  Roland also performed a radon test, so the cost of the inspection was 475 (fee) + 150 (radon test).  Because of an extremely short due diligence period, we asked Roland to turn around the written inspection report the next day.  While it took him until the following night to get us the report, I was extremely pleased and grateful that he followed up on his word to get us the report as soon as he could the next day.  The report was extremely thorough, but it is also simple enough for me to use as a guide for future house improvements down the road.  Thanks, Roland!"
