"The supervisor came out. Have a look. We had a talk. I hired him. He was the second contractor I talked to. He called me later on in the week. Said the guy that he usually hires had to have surgery. I told him it was okay. Today they came out. The surgery was overly recovered. He came out today. Told me that there might be a little problem. The guy looked at it. I come home from the gym. It was all done professionally and they said it looked good and it was solid so I am very very very happy with them"

"We hired Fisher's Contracting for two smaller projects at our house. Front porch post and a loose hand/newel post rail on our staircase. Fisher's Contracting was complete and total professionalism from start to finish. From the initial phone call asking what it is we were looking to accomplish, to the actual quote and the communication following all the way to the completion of the project, we have never had a better experience with a contractor. The owner, Tom, provided great communication and the crew showed up when they said they would. They were courteous and respectful, worked efficiently and cleaned up after every phase of the project . We had a couple of curve balls along the way (mostly on our part) but the crew handled everything professionally. The project took a day longer than expected but it was only because of their attention to detail and commitment to making sure the project was done correctly We would not hesitate to hire Fisher's Contracting for any project."

"I submitted my project through Angie's List on a Thursday and requested quotes from CSR and two other providers. Ron was the first to respond, about about a half hour later. Although he offered to come out fairly immediately, the earliest my schedule would allow was the following Thursday so that was what we scheduled for his visit. He showed up promptly at the scheduled time with Dan. They evaluated the impacted area in the hall, as well as the attic since the mold had grown primarily along the perimeter of attic access door. They pointed out signs of poor ventilation in the attic, as well as evidence of weakened structure in the roof panels. To prevent recurrence of the mold, they recommended that these items be addressed. In terms of the immediate issue of the existing mold on the ceiling, they determined that the mold on the ceiling had not damaged the drywall itself so a professional cleaning and sealing would remove the mold. Re-painting the area (as well as the remaining hallway and trim, etc) was also recommended. I was comfortable with their recommendations, especially since I had been expecting that more extensive measures (e.g., drywall removal and repair) would be involved. I was relieved that the drywall had not been damaged by the mold. We scheduled the work to occur the following morning. Ron, his son (Anthony), and Dan showed up promptly as scheduled on Friday and began prepping the areas (taping the area for painting, setting up protective plastic, setting up ventilation fans). I was able to remain home, tucked away in my den, while they worked. The job was completed in about four hours, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I was completely comfortable at all stages of my encounters with them. The work was done well and with minimal inconvenience to me. I also got a good sense that they wanted to do what needed to be done without inflating the project with unnecessary recommendations. In further testament to their integrity, Dan called me today as he noticed that the check I had written was for too much. He came back today to issue me the refund personally. I'm attaching "before and after" photos to illustrate what a fantastic job they did on making my hallway presentable again!"

"We are very pleased with how our bathroom turned out. We enlarged the master bath into an adjacent bedroom. Now we have a cabinet with drawers, the same size shower as before, and a partially re-arranged floor plan. Gary scheduled the other contractors needed to complete the job: plumbing, electrical, tile, granite work, and paint. The job took longer and cost more than originally planned (these things generally do). We had the work done 2 years ago and are still very pleased with the work."

"Thank you Brand New Construction. I live out of state and had a few rental homes in their area that needed to be brought up to code along with a few other improvements to the homes. This company was very easy to work and schedule with. They handled everything for me from start to finish. Charles was awesome."

"John and his team did an excellent job making all of the repairs identified. Work was completed as scheduled. Final look is such that it looks like there was never any damage. Home was returned to livable with the team putting everything moved out of place back where it belonged. Never felt the intrusion of the work."

"Zef and his crew were absolutely fantastic. They were quick, efficient, professional, timely and paid attention to my needs and wants. There were a few items which required Zef's ability to improvise, which he very cleverly completed. I have a totally new bedroom, a beautifully updated and painted two bathrooms, and a freshly painted interior. The results for everything were completely amazing. I will definitely use Zef's Construction for any other home projects. I give Zef's Construction top rating and would recommend him without hesitation.5"
