"Daryll was very professional and explained everything he was doing, showed pictures of actual part to be installed and why he suggested the install. Suggested some duct work in which I’m waiting for the rep to come and give estimate on that process."

"5+ STAR SERVICE!!! Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat. They walked us through the most energy efficient option for our home. They came out early today and installed the new unit! Talk about SERVICE! WOW! The unit was installed in under 4 hours and my house began cooling instantly. WHAT a difference this unit makes and we are super impressed with how quite it is. We are THRILLED! THANK YOU SERVICE STAR!"

"The process was great from the get go. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were quick to resolve the issues. The installers were very polite and professional and clean as well. "Malcolm was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issues with my older system and once we determined the best course of action was a new system he was able to get me a great price and quick install. Tanner surprised me with a full vent box rebuild which is well insulated and looks great. I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service from Climate Experts and will be sure to refer them to anyone needing AC service or system replacement."
