We knew that the garage had to be repaired because the previous owner had cut the trusses holding up the roof to make a bedroom out of 1/3 of it. I called Brevard county Building department for references. They gave me several. Macik was among them. Some that I contacted also referred me to Jeff Macik. We contacted Macik and was impressed with the knowledge and honesty of Jeff and his son, Joe, who own and run the business. We also decided that the old very poorly constructed closed in “porch” had to go because we had hurricane damage and roof leaks in it.
