"I can't recommend Rony and J & J All Around Painting. enough. We got a number of quotes from different companies, all licensed and bonded, and J&J All Around Painting. came in with the lowest quote without any sacrifice of quality. We were able to book them quickly and the team was prompt, efficient, gracious, and very clean. They spent several days doing excellent prep and repair on the stucco before painting. Even when we had a seeming disaster (once the paint was up, I hated it and decided to change the color), Rony and the team came up with a solution at a reasonable price and made the change swiftly and seamlessly. I love my new home color and would recommend them to anyone."

"Jerry's did a great job. Jerry gave an estimate. A couple of months later, I called Jerry and the men came out the next day and repaired stucco on our condo. It looks great. Jerry explained what has to be done. I highly recommend Jerry' Stucco and Masonary..Jean"

"I was extremely pleased with the work done by Aroma'z.  I recommended them to a friend/co-worker who used them for carpet replacement when she was selling her house and she was also very pleased.
Flooring & Bathroom Remodeling:  This was the best of the services I had done.  All the guys (from the salesman to the installers) were hardworking, diligent in the quality of their installation, polite, and courteous.  They finished all the work in less time than I could have imagined.  When I was purchasing supplies, there was one tile I was considering for the bathroom but Manny advised me that since I lived in a townhouse, I wouldn't get my money back on that tile because of the expense.  He helped me to find an alternate tile and I absolutely love it and didn't break the bank.  I was having trouble deciding on the tile flooring for my kitchen and he came over with the samples I had selected and helped me decide.  With the quarter round, they said if I gave them the paint they would paint them for me and bring them when they installed the floors.  And their prices were so reasonable.  My mom had one bathroom remodeled with a different contractor for roughly the same price that I paid for all the work that I had done.  I liked the fact that I selected the materials and then they transported everything to my house, performed the work and cleaned up afterwards. They also hauled away my old carpet.
Electrical:  The electrical installation was safe and I loved the ceiling lights he installed.  Only negative I would say is that he didn't clean up after himself.
Plumbing:  The faucet installation was also good.  I had one that had issues after installation but it seems to be a fault with the faucet I purchased and not the installation of the plumber.
Painting:  The guys who did the painting were also good and I'm happy with the paint job, but I had a lot of dust and cleanup afterwards. Unfortunately I decided to have the ceilings done after my new flooring installation and I had some cleanup of the floors also.
I have a project I'm considering doing now in my kitchen and wouldn't consider anyone else.  I also liked that they gave me a printed estimate with all the items detailed out and the cost.  They stuck to what they committed to (materials and price)."

"Precision Service came out during a special Angie's List was running at the time. Denny Nelson, was professional, thorough, and informative. After the cleaning, he informed us that our gutters needed repair in a few places and he even did what he could do to prevent them from falling down while he was cleaning, but we needed to hire someone to fix the majority of the work. He is hard-working and efficient and I would recommend his work and I believe him to be honest.

FAQs for traditional stucco repair or partially replace projects in Cape May Court House, NJ

Minor stucco fixes—like sealing small cracks or adding fresh caulk—often wrap up in an hour or two. Larger jobs that call for cutting out damaged sections, installing new lath, and layering fresh stucco can stretch to three or four days because each coat needs time to cure. A pro removes loose material, cleans and dampens the area, applies a bonding agent, and builds up new layers, matching texture and restoring the wall’s weather shield.

Watch for a stucco surface that stays damp days after a storm, develops dark stains, or feels soft or spongy under light pressure. Inside, moisture rings, peeling paint, or soft drywall around windows point to the same issue. Any of these red flags mean water is trapped behind the siding, and it’s time to call a stucco pro before rot or mold sets in.

Give your stucco a once-over every spring and fall. Semiannual checks let you catch hairline cracks, stains, or damp spots before they snowball into pricey repairs. Keep a flashlight handy, look closely around windows and doors, and call a pro if you notice anything soft or discolored. Staying ahead of minor issues protects both your curb appeal and your home’s weather barrier.

A pro starts by scraping away loose material, then cleans and lightly wets the area so new stucco will stick. After brushing on a bonding agent, they build fresh layers, letting each coat cure before adding the next. The final step is matching the texture and color so the patch blends in and the wall regains full weather protection.

Think of repair as a patch: the pro fixes only the visible crack or hole. Remediation goes deeper—crews strip away the compromised stucco, correct the root problem (often water or mold), then rebuild the wall. If tests show structural rot or trapped moisture, remediation is the safer, longer-lasting route; otherwise, a straightforward repair often does the trick.
