"My wife and I received 5 bids for our deck refinishing project. We asked for a detailed statement of work, and Costas provided us with a thorough and comprehensive list, and he won our business. He is professional, prompt, readily reachable, practical, and knowledgeable. We value his advice. He has a good team, and the work was completed on schedule, and the attention and care to detail is exemplary. We are 100% satisfied with the result, and will work with True North again."

"My deck needs some urgent repairs two week’s ago. I posted a project on Angie. Gavin has responded to my request promptly and came by my house the same day to provide me a quote. His crew showed up the next morning on time and repaired my deck in 2 hours. That’s was impressive! I will reach out to Gavin again for future services."

"Dock Dogs Construction did an excellent job building our new deck. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and the craftsmanship was top quality. The finished deck came out even better than we expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable contractor."

"Garrett and Saul were professional, timely, and had excellent attention to detail. Our front porch was in bad shape. GB's Frame-up and Carpentry replaced everything - safely retaining the roof over the space, leaving not even a single nail in our driveway/front walkway, and communicating effectively for the length of the job. Garrett was easy to reach if we had any concerns. The porch looks exactly as my wife imagined and we will call his company with any future projects on our home. Thank you for the friendly, transparent communication and polished work!"

"Incredibly skilled craftsman, professional, responsive, perfectionist. Great to work. He built a beautiful, high quality replacement deck, back porch and balcony for our home. I highly recommend. Youâ ll be very happy with the results."

"I almost donâ t want to leave this review because I want to keep them a secret for myself... Warren and his team are top notch. Hired them to basically remodel our entire condo: New floors, new counters, paint walls and ceilings, cabinet painting, light fixtures and ceiling fans, new toilets, hardwood stairs, you name it. Not only was the work done professionally, Warren communicated with me frequently, and he ALWAYS responded. Being an out of state owner, this was critical for me, and he really delivered. Very organized with billing, and his the pricing was great. As a matter of fact, I added on quite a few things as we went and he kept on track and worked everything in without hesitation. I will work with Howard and Best Co again, without a doubt. If youâ re reading this review and still wondering who to hire - stop now and just call them. I donâ t think thereâ s a better contractor experience out there."

"I contacted 14 contractors over the course of 2 and 1/2 years to replace and paint exterior trim that was causing leaking into our unit and the unit below. No one else would take the job due to the degree of difficulty. They had to do the work on the back of the building using 60 foot ladder and 50 foot on the front of the building in frigid weather during late December and early January. It was not cheap, but reasonable due to the conditions to take on the job. They not only replaced and painted all trim where necessary, but prepped and painted all the trim on the back of the building and some extra on the front at no extra charge. Very pleased."

"Can’t say enough good things about Tim and his team! From workmanship to responsiveness they’ve been so easy to work with. Should we have any additional needs we’ll definitely hire them!"
