"First of all, Arthur is amazing! He is an exceptional worker and explains everything throughly. Our high-end kitchenaid fridge broke down after Thanksgiving. I reached out to Kitchen Aid and they referred me to AA repairs. Arthur came out the next day and diagnosed our fridge, we needed a new condenser. He expedited the parts from east coast distributor during the holiday week. It came in 2 days and he installed it the next day. "I have a fairly new Samsung dryer (2 years old) and it just stopped working.  I called E Appliance and they scheduled a time that was good for me, came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, and  fixed it immediately, and cleaned up after they left.  The also explained the issue and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.

"Larry is the consummate pro. He's like the Holmes on Holmes of appliance repair. My most recent job (I have used him for 3 years) is the first time he was stumped by one of my appliances. The first solution he thought would work didn't, but then he was at the ready, ordering the correct parts as quickly as possible (My oven is older and harder to get parts for on the fly) and even offering to cover the costs of the first round of parts since they weren't the correct solution. He got it fixed in time for Holiday Entertaining and did it with a smile and a "Merry Christmas".
This is the guy you want coming to your home and fixing what's wrong. He won't make you fix something that isn't broken, he will tell you if it makes more sense to buy something new instead of profiting from fixing your clunker, and if it takes a little longer or comes at an unusual time, he doesn't jack up his prices.

They came a 2 man team. One got his shoes muddy and walked through house without the shoes on to go to his car to get new clean pair of shoes.
