I was dealing with a family emergency, so she took care of the research that I had planned to do regarding hampers that would fit in the space without my asking. "They were very involved in the whole process from design to construction. The installation was flawless. HOWEVER, while technically beautiful, the bookshelves / credenza construction was delayed 6+ months and despite this we decided to continue the project. Finally, literally after 2 days a metal grille installed was accidentally bent and he REFUSED to send someone to fix it and wanted us to remove and give to him. For such a large project this is very disappointing."
