They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

"Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

"After finding Tillerman Gardens online and requesting an estimate for substantial hardscape/landscape work on our newly renovated house, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that Jesse, the owner, actually grew up in our neighborhood! On top of being a Takoma Park local, and an all around friendly, honest, business owner, we also came to learn that he does great work as well! His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! These are your go to guys for all landscape/hardscape work in the area!"

"Pressley turned the water off from outside and discovered the stem was broke. He could not get it turned back on all the way and had to call WSSC. WSSC came and turned if off the best they could and had to come out the next day. WSSC came the next day and replaced the stem, however after replacing the stem, the pressure was still low and WSSC recommended I call Presley back, which I did. I left a message and my call was never returned."
