Get matched with top water main install, replace or repairers in Capitola, CA

"They came out quickly and got the job done. The drawbacks were that the person who assessed the situation was different from the two workmen who came to install the new garbage disposal, and that neither of the workmen spoke English. I had no opportunity to ask whether the existing disposal could be fixed (it was relatively new) or if it absolutely had to be replaced. For a $700 total cost, I would like to have been sure. Having said that, everything works as it should and my sink is working again."

"Marcus and his companion or co worker are patient, kind and highly professional. I am able to have him come in an emergency quickly and punctually and on time overnight. I would recommend their services to residents as well as commercial installations because of equipment's, knowledge and ability. He knows how to do all plumbing and understand the water quality in this county. Anyone needing plumbing help and potable drinking water anywhere in Santa Cruz county can depend on their services."

"He was very gentle, courteous and knowledgeable about plumbing and water heater. He finished work on time."

"Excellent work completed in less than 24hrs. Wish I?d done my homework for average cost to replace a water heater. $2850 to replace 50 gallon gas water heater seems very steep."

"Great experience with this plumbing company! They did the plumbing for my garage conversion into an ADU. They were professional, reliable, clean, and finished everything on time. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of their work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Did the job quickly and charged a very fair price. Previously he finished the install of a garbage disposal where I had made a small but important mistake. --- Again did the job quickly and for a very fair price."

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"Excellent work, prompt responsiveness, great communication / status updates! Started project same day and completed next day. Installed new water heater & recirculation pump, and replaced toilet fill valve. Highly recommend Carlos & his team!"

"I called John on a Friday night after discovering that I had a leak in my water main. He came over the next morning--a Saturday-- and diagnosed the issue. He came and fixed it on Monday morning. In the meantime, he advised me to keep my water shut off to save additional loss. I really appreciated how promptly he responded to my initial call, and how quickly the issue was resolved. John fixed the problem, explaining that it had happened due to the nature of the previous installation, and showing me how the way he did his repair eliminated those issues. Throughout my interactions with John, he was friendly and communicative. I highly recommend him."
