".Professional and courteous. They arrived early Monday morning ready to work. They tore out the floor and were careful to throw the scraps away from my flowers outside. They wasted no time replacing the floor with heavy plywood. It really looks wonderful. Neat job, No waste, They cleaned up and swept before they left. "It is whoever they contract with. I pay monthly almost $40.00 but it includes both repair and replacement. This is for all appliances. I have a lot of old appliances in my home. I thought I would be using them a lot. I have not had not used them alot. I have 2 furnaces and they did replace one of them."
