"Teckrom is the best! My dryer failed and they scheduled Joseph, he arrived on time, masked. He diagnosed and had to order a part. Once it came, he was promptly back. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. He did a thorough diagnostic on the electronics. Then he came back with Cristian and they worked on it together and checked every single possibility. They never gave up on the challenge! They kept at it until the dryer was fixed. Then when I gave Cristian a check for the repair, he said he'd not cash it for a few days to make certain the dryer worked. A couple of days later he texted to make sure all was well.
