"A nightmare experience. Choose another company or don't say I didn't warn you. We had a leak in our home and our insurance company told us to use Zona Restoration. They had great reviews, though, not great for us. First thing was we were required to pay 85% of the project cost upfront for some reason. This was the first red flag, and things just got worse from there. I feel that everything they did was done quickly and shoddily. My wife and I think the few repairs they did do were obviously done quickly and without attention to detail. Even though we sent pictures, videos, and the project manager agrees the work should be fixed, we still have not been able to get them to take action. Everything has felt like a battle and it has been over a month now, and the job is still not even halfway done. And I think this was a small job that could have been completed in 2 days. "My tenant notified me there was mold appearing on the kitchen wall. I contacted 1-800 Water Damage Of Phoenix and they sent a technician out right away. When the technician arrived he found that my tenant had removed the visible mold, but still did an inspection and found no issues. He sprayed the area with a mold removal chemical and did not even charge us for the service call. I initially dreaded having to contact a mold remediation company since I know that many of them will tend to exaggerate the problem and try to sell an expensive bill of goods. This company was wonderful and honest and truly responsive. I will definitely contact them again if needed in the future. I highly recommend them."
