Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward project turned into a very disappointing experience involving poor communication, questionable decisions made during the work and a finished product that required multiple attempts to fix. Those decisions resulted in visible filler, patched areas, and other issues in our newly refinished floors that required them to come back out and attempt repairs. I?d hire the installer again, but I?d never recommend someone paying what we did, and that was after negotiation! Trim is rough, but to make this right I?ll need to replace door casings, also had to replace trim around my stairs to make it right as well. Not saying the company is bad, just way too overpriced for what they do."
