"Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."

"Peter and Billy installed a mini-split a/c system in my home recently. There were 3 head units on 3 different floors. They arrived on time, discussed the work with me, and explained what they were doing when I would pop in to check on the progress. It was a two-day installation with rain on the first day and heat/humidity on the second. Throughout both days both Peter and Billy remained of good cheer, working efficiently, without a grumble about the weather. An electrician, Chris, joined them on the second day and completed his work quickly. He even took the time to tack up a dangling powerline in the drop ceiling of the basement that wasn't part of the a/c install. Mid-afternoon on the second day everything was complete. Peter walked me through the work they had done, inside and outside. He asked if I had any questions or concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone who asked."

"We are so thrilled that we chose Joe and Jonathan from Home Pro Services for such a major home construction project! We had TWO bathrooms that were circa 1980s in our home and BOTH needed a gutting renovation. We had solicited several quotes, but Joe and Jonathan of Home Pro Services came as a personal recommendation from a friend, and we had already seen the beautiful work they had done. Home Pro's prices seemed lower/in line with market prices. We needed gutting of the existing spaces, some revision of electrical and plumbing, installation of walls, ceiling, floors, fans, tile work, fixtures. Joe made himself incredibly available. We appreciated his knowledge and level of care. He often had more than one solution or suggestions for a single problem, and let us talk things over with him before making a decision. As expected there were some unforeseen construction issues having to do with water damage etc. we faced along the way, but Joe helped us address these in a fair and equitable way. We also appreciated, given the timing of our project which was during the COVID outbreak, that he did not bring large teams of people into our home. The plumbers, electricians and painters he referred for our project were also highly qualified and respectful. The quality of Home Pro services by far exceeded our expectations! As my husband said early on, "Joe is an artisan". There was nothing we would change about our project. We can't wait to hire Joe and Home Pro Services again!"

"We had our change over from tub to walk-in shower installation and we're very pleased with it . We would like to praise the 2 men that did the installation, Aldama and Andre. They arrived on time, covered floors and carpets and began work. They took no breaks and worked continually until finished. They answered my questions and kept us informed of what they were doing, and made suggestions about placement of the seat, shelves and non-movable door which we had not thought about. They were upset when they found that 2 gaskets for doors were not included in door kit so they could not finish the job 100% and told me they will make sure the gaskets were put in ASAP. When finished they cleaned ALL debris and left EVERYTHING spotless. If I ever have another project done it will be PIC Home Pros."
