"We feel Scott is knowledgeable and his pricing fair; he was very conscientious about completing the installation and returning a week later to fix a problem.  However, he had challenges with his materials supplier that delayed the project a couple of times and then had to come back due to the malfunction of a part from that supplier. His installation estimate of one day turned into one week.  If this had not been a factor, we would have rated his performance an A rather than a B.

They also installed a new furnace filter with one that is re-usable and can be easily cleaned every 6-8 months. On seeing how dirty the intake vents were the Provider offered a fair estimate which I am planning on purchasing. These gentlemen were pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend their work.
