"Bob ALWAYS does excellent work.  He is thoughtful and solves difficult problems associated with an older home. For this job, the shower enclosure was "difficult" due to the acute roof angle.  He took his time working with me to find the best solution for a  problem we had been wrestling with for many years.
In the past he has replaced other windows, replaced a basement ceiling, installed light fixtures, repaired a front porch decking, etc. It is my feeling that Bob has saved us lots of money by repairing things we may have had to replace, had we not had someone who was able to look at an issue and see something that we did not see. Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.

"Elite Seamless Gutters, in Spring Valley, Illinois for the second time has worked on my home in Princeton, IL. In 2014 Elite Seamless Gutters installed gutters and down spouts on the house. Because this project was done perfectly and the staff were very professional, Monday, April 15, 2019, Elite Seamless Gutters worked on my front porch roof which had not been flashed properly by another company. Therefore, causing lots of water damage. The crew made sure I understood what they were doing and if I had any questions just let them know. The crew explained to me what they do and explained the material function. The repair took two long days. The second day the roof was completed. The crew installed gutters and down spouts on the porch. It was explained where the down spouts need to be installed. The crew placed two down spouts, in front of the east and north columns. This did not take away from the look of my home. I was very pleased with the work and interacting with Elite Seamless Gutters and their crew. Each day the crew cleaned up the job site. They went that extra mile with the gutter and down spouts."

"I originally met Mr. Washburn when he was recommended to me from a roofing company to fix my ceilings as I had water damage. He did great work, so I contacted him three years later for a complete bathroom remodel and to install new windows on my house. The bathroom was in quite bad shape due to water damage and leaking. Greg worked out a plan for us and really listened to make what we wanted happen. Our bathroom is finished now as of two days ago and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Greg is honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, just a great guy! He is very precise and thorough. I got the feeling he was repairing my house like he would his own. He takes pride in doing things right the first time and that's exactly what he did! After the windows, next he is going to install a new water heater for us. Sometime this summer, we plan on hiring Greg again to build a fence for us.
