The work was completed a few days later, as scheduled and described, but was very much on the pricey side (the reason for the 3.5 value rating). Damon and his assistant were highly competent and professional, and did excellent work. We might have negotiated a better price and pursued competing offers, but given the "emergency" nature of the problem we went with JSP. I would certainly recommend them to others, with the caution that getting additional quotes might be wise."
