"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. "In November my heater stopped working.  I called Huft and Nathan came out and got my very old system up and running. At that time he advised that I might consider getting a new one as I will continue to have problems.  It then went out again (a different problem this time), and today Nathan once again got it working, all within the diagnostic fee. But he did say that it could go out again any time without some major work done on it. He called the manufacturer to see if they still carry the parts I need, which they did, and then he gave me an estimate on the repairs.  I liked that he didn't' just advise me to get a new system but he also got me the pricing on repairing the old system so I could make a more educated decision. No pressure at all.
I am having them come back out this Saturday to give me an estimate on a new system so I can weigh my options.  
In the mean time I have heat again!
Their office staff are also very friendly and helpful.  When I called they were able to get me onto the schedule the same day.

"We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent!
