The installer had the water heater I wanted on the truck and did an excellent job of putting in the new unit, cleaning up and even replacing copper flex tubing and installing a new overflow pipe out of copper as well, no additional cost. This company specializes in water heaters and couldn't do any additional work on supply lines and they clearly state that on their website. I didn't need that type of additional work."

"My hot water heater needed to be replaced but I've been blowing it off because I was quoted $3000. One night it finally burst, shooting water all over the garage. I didn't know who to call or what a reasonable price for a new hot water was but I needed a water heater so I submitted a request for an estimate with Home Advisor. Matt from Platinum Plumbers responded almost immediately via text, which I prefer. He quoted me $1700 for a 50 gallon water heater installed, up to code. I texted him 2 photos expecting him to reconsider his incredibly low quote. His next quote was for $1500 because I have a 40 gallon heater. He was able to get out on Tuesday with the new water heater. Not only did he replace the water heater, but he cleaned up. He asked some questions regarding the toilet and suggested the best solution would be to replace it. We scheduled a date for the removal and replacement and he would procure the necessary items to complete the job. After the install, he checked for leaks made sure it operated as advertised and the the work area was cleaned. All in all, it was very pleasant experience and I would use hime again."
