From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. They were here on time and even though we had scheduled 2 days they were able to complete everything in 1 day by staying a little later. The technicians were great!
