"We purchased an older home and after living in it for a couple of months discovered a few issues in the attic and on the outside of the house that needed to be addressed. We also wanted to add additional interior lighting in three bedrooms and replace light fixtures on the outside of the home. Jeremy, from Grandview Construction, professionally addressed all our concerns regarding the necessary repairs to the house. He gave us an honest opinion on what needed to be handled and what steps needed to be taken to correct the issues. Because of Jeremyâ s home construction knowledge and carpentry skills, we were able to address the issues with the house along with making the improvements we were looking for at the same time. After working with Grandview Construction, on our house, I can say with full confidence that I would recommend their services. Grandview showed honesty, integrity, and professionalism in their work. "Jim and his crew did a FANTASTIC job of completely remodeling my two kitchens and bathrooms in my two flat building.These projects included beautiful new cabinets and counter tops ,lighting,electrical outlets,plumbing and flooring. "Chester and his team were very respectful of working in our home while we were also working from home. They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue, including completely replacing all the cabinets that had been damaged beyond repair. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage. Chester and his team were the only contractors who agreed to take on the repairs, after we had several contractors/companies say the job was too big for them. 10/10 would hire again (though hopefully we won't need to!)"

"DAL did great work with our big job! They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. We went with DAL because they had done a deck down the street last year that looked really good, so we didn't really shop around - that said, they probably aren't the cheapest, but any additional cost is evident in the quality of work and ease of experience! Last note - it took most of a year from contract to build start, so plan ahead!"

Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). They covered my stairs to prevent dirt and damage. Each day they were at my home, they took away all garbage which saved me from having it sit around to garbage pickup.
