Jeremy, from Grandview Construction, professionally addressed all our concerns regarding the necessary repairs to the house. He gave us an honest opinion on what needed to be handled and what steps needed to be taken to correct the issues. Because of Jeremyâ s home construction knowledge and carpentry skills, we were able to address the issues with the house along with making the improvements we were looking for at the same time. I also needed drip edge material installed to prevent ice dam problems that I had been experiencing. I also needed trim repair and gutters. Everything turned out great. The timing was great as well. that got it done in 3 days working dawn to dusk just before the cold weather set in. The acid test was the one stretch in January where we got at least 18 inches of snow without a thaw. I had the ice dams as usual but no leaks this time.
