"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"The estimator (Mitch) was prompt, professional, and helpful. His estimate to replace the concrete walk was available the same day. Ultimately, I chose to take a different (less expensive but higher risk) approach of raising/repairing the walk. "Venesa came over to give me the estimate along with her husband that does the hard work that is needed to make sure there are no other issues that may need to be addressed they checked everything out all looked good she quoted me the price which was fair compared to others that I talked to on the phone,the time and date were set they showed up on time,all I did was watch the process that is involved in doing a job like this ,her husband took over and within a couple of hours the job was partially finished,the floor looked great,but there was 1 more application of some kind of sealer that needs to be applied the next day,and I thought he was finished,he showed the next day to seal the floor explained to me that this protects it even more never expected all this,when he was done it looked like a car dealer ships showroom floor just beautiful wanted this for a long time, I was told to let it all dry for a couple of days to harden then I can pull my car in,just a great job well done very professional,and a fair price,easy to clean up spills and wash out your floor no more dust,even the snow and salt won't hurt this floor ,would recommend JS Epoxy any time,never had a epoxy coating floor,this is beautiful and he does have different colors to choose from,I chose gray with blue and black flakes,came out very sharp,5 stars to JS I'm a happy guy,3 neighbors came by just to see my floor,now they are thinking about getting there floors done,great job JS ................."

"The whole process was fine except I’m not happy with the finished project. The finish didn’t look good from the start and the top started peeling right after completion they came back and retouched it last year but it’s peeling again. I didn’t expect to spend $10,000 and not be satisfied with the work done. I asked for touch up paint this year but haven’t heard back."

"At the end of the inspection I was positive that I was not going to use him. He gave me like a huge laundry list of things that needed to be done. After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. The thing about him was he did not give us any options, everything he gave was for us to do things. There are always levels of priority and I did not get anything at all from him."
