Luis came out the next day and had a very clear explanation of what need to be done and the timeframe involved, along with a very fair estimate. The crew: Luis, Jesus, Michael and Miguel came out a few days later to do the job. I am impressed, everyone on the crew did excellent work. Due to their knowledge and work ethics they made it stress free for me. Luis took care of obtaining the proper permits. He also informed me through texts of their arrival times, and inspection times, and being here during inspection. After electrical work was completed Javier repaired the stucco, also well done. I sent them some pictures and a description of the work to add a new dedicated circuit/outlet. and they were able to give me a quote in advance. I added two small side projects: two additional outlets. The two electricians, Guy and Aaron were on time, polite and cleaned up. Did a great job in under 2.5 hours. Will definitely use again, if needed"

"Had a little trouble pinning down the time they would show up but once here he was very persistent in finding a solution to my request for a new plug outlet. Said he would email a bill (after I wrote a check) but never did. A little bummed about that part. Overall I’d definitely recommend as the actual service was outstanding."

"Wighton's is great about communicating with their customers.  They called the day before to remind us of the appointment, and then when the service tech was on his way, another call was made to let me know.
He was very polite and considerate.  He even put on shoe covers before coming in the house.  He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why.  After he was done he went over the results of the tests and gave me copies of everything.  Everything was working fine and no repairs were needed or recommended.  He did suggest that we consider upgrading our thermostat, but there was no pressure to do so.
