He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. "It went fine. They removed double sliding patio doors, replaced all wheels on doors and installed new track on bottom. Old track was so bent we could barely move the doors. They now glide easily. At first they were noiseless, but a couple of weeks later they got a little noisy, although they still glide smoothly. This may have been due to pressure put on the door when we later had a safety laminate put on the glass. I wish I'd done it years ago, as the struggle to open & close them was really annoying.
We initially planned to replace the doors, but they're 60 years old, no one makes them any more and it would have cost many thousands of dollars to replace. We're quite happy.

"Our recent home remodel was pretty extensive. I knew I wanted to change some things, improve some things, and fix some problems with our house, but I didn't have any idea how to get there. From my initial meetings with Tony, I could tell that he was comfortable with the scope of the project, and that I would be able to work with him through all the challenges that I figured would come with a project of this size. Now that we've finished our project, I can say I'm glad we went with OM Construction. The price was fair, the guys were onsite 6 days a week from start to finish, and the quality of work was very good. During the project, Tony always had a positive attitude, and worked to help us solve a lot of problems with our old house ranging from framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, doors, and windows. His guys did a good amount of finish work too, including stucco repair, laminate flooring installation, molding installation, drywall/skim coating, and interior and exterior painting. Marcos, Carlos, Josue and Elias were all very respectful while in our house and took extra effort to clean up well at the end of every day. Overall I think the project turned out great, and I'll definitely call Tony the next time I have a project I can't handle on my own."

"I hired OC Decks because when I called for an estimate and Myriam had them call me right back, scheduled a time and Sharon and Ed
Kim gave me a very thorough explanation of the scope of the job and were willing
to do the extra's that I wanted such as replacing the wood railing atop the
wrought iron rail and replacing a door on a water heater closet on the deck,
this was outside the normal scope of their business. They also provided a complete
breakdown of the work and cost which was very reasonable for all the work done.
They removed a leaking second story deck and replaced it with a correctly graded deck. Also did the extra work that I wanted to perfection.
  Miguel who led the team was professional, the guys cleaned up every evening, communicated with me each step
of the way.  They worked long hours and completed each faze daily.
The job required removing the old deck, the railing, replacing the fascias, sealing and painting
all the wood there. Then doing the deck and putting every thing back,with out any problems. This was no easy task because  below the deck was a Glass Greenhouse which they took great care to protect. It suffered no damage, which points to the care given to each detail of the job.
 
  Overall, this was a great experience, they did the job right the first time and in a very timely manner because of
the dedication to detail and the outstanding work done by their crew.
 I would highly recommend them.
