He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. "I initially called to replace one sliding closet door panel and to adjust 2 closets with older tracks and doors that kept falling off. The first crew that came measured and photographed the panel to be replaced, and manipulated the other closets a bit to get them back on track.  Unfortunately, the closets needed a bit more repair to get them back to normal working condition. When I spoke with the office to confirm order of my replacement panel, I explained that the closets still needed to be adjusted. A couple of weeks later the panel had arrived and was ready to be installed. The owner came to install the panel himself, and did the adjustment I needed on the other closets. This was not a big job, nor a difficult one, and I really appreciated him coming himself to see how he could remedy my problem.  He certainly wanted to be sure I was happy with their service. Their pricing was more than fair, and I would definitely call them again if I have any need for sliding doors.

Kim gave me a very thorough explanation of the scope of the job and were willing
to do the extra's that I wanted such as replacing the wood railing atop the
wrought iron rail and replacing a door on a water heater closet on the deck,
this was outside the normal scope of their business. They also provided a complete
breakdown of the work and cost which was very reasonable for all the work done.
They removed a leaking second story deck and replaced it with a correctly graded deck. Also did the extra work that I wanted to perfection.
  Miguel who led the team was professional, the guys cleaned up every evening, communicated with me each step
of the way.  They worked long hours and completed each faze daily.
The job required removing the old deck, the railing, replacing the fascias, sealing and painting
all the wood there. Then doing the deck and putting every thing back,with out any problems. This was no easy task because  below the deck was a Glass Greenhouse which they took great care to protect. It suffered no damage, which points to the care given to each detail of the job.
 
  Overall, this was a great experience, they did the job right the first time and in a very timely manner because of
the dedication to detail and the outstanding work done by their crew.
