"Called at 7am for a furnace repair, they were here by 9am. Old furnace had burned up, so they replaced the furnace that day. Very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the project."

"Brian and Vuk were courteous and very professional in replacing the five windows in our home. They were very prompt and both worked diligently to complete the project according to the schedule agreed-upon. My wife and I are very pleased with our new windows and we would highly recommend your company and particularly these employees to our friends and family in the future. Both employees should be considered a great asset to your company."

"Mike went above and beyond all expectations. For example, the water cutoff valves - and water meter - were under the home, 5 ft from the outer edge. He didn't stop until he found them. He said he always inspects a home as though he were buying it. And his knowledge of building code and materials is prodigious."

"The plumber that came to the appointment was courteous, clean, friendly and made a good impression. He was prompt and seemed to understand what I wanted and made measurments and inspections to insure it could be done the way I wanted it done. I did not do the job at this time as it is a bit more expensive than I thought it was going to be, but when I do get it done in a month or two I will be calling Beck's Plumbing back to do the work. I hope their work is as good as the plumber that gave me the estimate appeared."

"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"Service seemed to start off good but as the week progressed, I had to constantly call the office for updates. I had pipe on my septic tank replaced and had a hole in my back yard for almost two weeks. The worker was very good at trying to keep me informed but the office staff and managers did not communicate with me or their staff very effectively. When receiving a new Use Permit, it stated on the permit they didn't fill out the form completely. The sad thing is I was right there when they were filling it out and they didn't ask me one thing to fill in the blanks on the application. They were a bit pricey too but I was under a time crunch."

"Work was done to more than my expectations. Isreal is a very respectable worker and business owner. His employees were also very good at what they do and I recommend A&S drains to anyone needing any kind of plumbing, drain cleaning, or excavation work done."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Carr, CO

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
