"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

We had a couple of spots that needed to be repainted and they literally were out within a day or two to take care of the issues.  We referred them to my in-laws and some friends and they were completely happy with the service.  We will have them come back out again when we need some other rooms painted.  I highly recommend them!

From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. "Originally, we contracted Elite Building Solutions to do some repair work on our siding. It ended up that we cannot buy the same siding as was originally installed on the house, so they were able to take siding from the small side of our house to do the repair and they re-sided the small side with a slightly different siding (same color, just different size). Because there was a portion of the wood that had been exposed on our home, they also replaced the rotted wood before putting up the new siding. They were very professional and timely with their work. The quality of the repair was very good and the clean up was great (we couldn't even tell they had been there). Since the work was done so well, we had them quote finishing the remodel of our bathroom. Their prices were very good and well worth having them come in and do the project. It did take a bit longer than anticipated to finish the project, but the outcome was very good. They even worked around the tasks that we wanted to complete ourselves, such as the painting.
After the completion of the project, we had an issue with a leaky toilet (that was installed during the remodel) and they were very responsive in the call, however the workers failed to show up at the agreed upon time and we had to reschedule. During the rescheduled time, they fixed the issue quickly and with no issues.
