"If you don’t want to deal with BS, Ted is your guy. He shows up and works hard. He does all the work himself, and he does a good job. The quality of his tile work is definitely expert level. His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

And when you show off the work, nobody would show up, it was one person at a time and they weren't in the Uh, even in the orders, they needed to be in. You have to have electricians here to make sure everything is disconnected, if they don't disconnect it and turn off the power somebody could have gotten really hurt. Instead they left Live wires everywhere. The gentleman who said he was an electrician, did he? He, he would, he didn't do it correctly because he didn't put the wires in the condolence because he didn't know. That was part of Texas code if you don't go by cold, you're not a certified electrician. They just hired anybody off the street to come and do the job, that was it. They all were either, they were Hispanic in which it was very difficult for us to To talk to. And they just, they didn't even know Ruth who was the, um, Or just the project manager."

"We hired Urban Oasis a few years ago to build an open pavilion and outdoor kitchen with a fireplace in our backyard. Carl was easy to work with, and ensured we were 100% happy with the results. It was an easy decision to hire him again when we were ready to enclose the kitchen. He recommended aluminum shutters, and we could not be happier with not only the way they turned out, but the service from Urban Oasis as a whole. Once again, Carl and his team were prompt, responsive, and did not leave the site until confirming we were 100% happy with the work.
