He started very close to his original timeline that was laid out. We didn't have weeks go by without any progress, workers were here almost every day. He was able to accommodate some late changes and additions without an issue. The two things that always said it were his dedication to quality, and that he was just as excited to see the finished product as we were."

"It went great! We got a few different quotes and Miller Building's was the best. They gave us an estimate of when to start, and even with a massive wind storm, the time was not delayed. They secured all the permits needed and had a dumpster delivered. It was all finished within one week. The roof and siding look great. It has been about 3 months and we've had no issues since."

"The custom frame was built for an 8' x5' piece of stained glass to be displayed in our church sanctuary.  The piece turned out beautiful.  It has back lighting and really is a show piece in our church. <br /> The second project they provided was a custom bookcase.  This also turned out fabulous.  This project was a bit tricky in construction and Terry and April listened to our needs and created a design which was exactly what we were looking for.  <br /> Holp Construction & Design has been a great company to work with.  They are friendly and professional and they get the job done in a timely manner.  I would recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"My original home is over 100 years old and we have done 3 major additions to it over the 40+ years we have lived here. We wanted the structural work done for the good of the house and outbuildings. We wanted the siding to both make the house look like one completed building and also to make it weather tight. Ed was super to work with. He listened closely the several times we met before i received the detailed bid. He was great in the creative and planning process. He came up with several ways to achieve what i wanted. He explained how he would install the windows to both be very attractive and weather tight. He was patient with decisions. He was willing to hold various types of siding in place so i could get a real idea of how the different options would work. His eye for detail is amazing and his desire for perfection is evident. The woodwork Ed did on the inside framing of the windows is beautiful. He has worked harder than any previous builder to be sure i was happy with the end result. On a day to day basis, Ed and his workers were professional and easy to "live with". They were always sensitive to avoiding more upheaval than necessary for such a long project. They cleaned up every night and left the place as neat as possible. They always informed me of their arrivals for the next day and of any delays. I would definitely recommend Northwest Tile and Interiors for any of this type of work."

"Had a long overdue remodel project on our rental home. GH Improvement came with the vision and made it happen for a fair and reasonable price. Crews were professional and friendly. Overall, the project took about six weeks with a week or so delay due to mis-order by window company. Anything that was wrong, they made right. No hassles. Definately recommend Ryan and his crew. They took a run-down rental and turned it into a real good looker with a ton of curb appeal. We are extremely happy with the work performed by GH Improvement, and will call Ryan again for our next project."

"To Expert House Movers <br /> We wanted to let you know just how pleased we are with the work you did on our house. Before we contacted you, we had several other contractors look at our home. We actually had hired another contractor, who took such a long time, never returned our calls, missed meetings, and took months to even get us our bid. And when that contractor did get us our bid, it was more than doubled our previously discussed budget!  <br /> That is when we called you, you came out immediately, was extremely professional, but more importantly, you had a personal interaction with both me and my wife throughout the entire process. You answered all our phone calls, all of our questions, and talked with us throughout the entire process. We felt extremely confident and assured through the entire lift. This house is our dream house and we are going to live in it until we die, and you knew how much it meant to us, and you took care of it as if it were your own. <br /> As you know, my wife ended up in the hospital with some complications with her surgery while you were working on our home, and you took such great care of our house. You knew she was very disappointed that she could not be there, as she designed the foundation window placements and had a big part in the doors and steps. Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. You have certainly set bar very high for the other contractors that will be coming in for the other parts of the home! Your company and its crew should be very proud of its work.
