"Geo and his team recently performed exterior repair work on my home to fix rotting wood along corners and gables. The work was extensive and very detailed. The work was thorough and of the highest quality. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the repairs Geo and his crew performed. The work wasn’t easy, the front of the house sits on a tall sloping hill where ladders need to go. His team handled this wonderfully and kept the landscaping intact. From the initial estimate until the final walk-through Geo was courteous and professional and gave meaningful suggestions about which materials to use and where the issues were. It felt more like a close collaboration than just some “contractors”. It was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using Geo again for future projects."

"We were very happy with the work completed by Leon Home Repairs. They were efficient and thorough. The work included installing a new countertop, sink, faucet,, and light fixture in one bathroom and painting the bathroom; removing painted wallpaper from one large wall and smoothing and painting the wall; replacing one set of bifold closet doors and trimming off and adjusting multiple other sets so they would operate smoothly; and replacing large window panels and the door in our front entryway. Dimas, who served as the foreman for the work on our house, also smelled gas in our utility closet and on his own initiative, figured out where the gas leak was and showed us, so we could call someone to come repair that. The team had an excellent range of skills and knowledge to tackle the variety of work we needed them to do. We will definitely call Leon Home Repairs again if we need more work done in the future."

"For the last year or so I had been looking for a contractor to replace the horizontal surfaces on my exterior deck. Most deck contractors only wanted to do a full tear down and replacement, yet at the same time several of them told me that the deck really didn't require that approach since the basic foundation elements were in good shape. I ended up contacting Norm Reilly and he came out and agreed to quote the work. Mr. Reilly was up front with me that he had some scheduling issues that may push this work out several months. This was OK with me since I was not in a big rush. Work began in August (bad month for a deck repair!). There were several crew members on site doing the removal and replacement. I felt confident in the approach and quality of work that the crew provided. We ran into a few minor surprises along the way and Mr. Reilly added in some extra work at a reasonable price. The crew checked with me several times as work progressed to make sure that I was satisfied with the approach as well. I was a little worried because most of Mr. Reilly's AL reviews are at much higher price points than the work I needed, but he and his crew were attentive and did a great job in the end. I will certainly consider him in the future for other jobs if the need arises. I am attaching a few pics of the tear out, and a pic of the final results as well."

They were thoughtful, clean, punctual - and generally happy and pleasant individuals to be around. Alexis was very solutions-focused as our job was not an easy one. We had a drop ceiling that needed to be replaced with sheetrock - and a shower drain that needed to be jackhammered out of the slab of our 1969 home. "These guys did an excellent job, they were clear at every step, helped me through the insurance claim process, and were patient with me and my wife while we went back and forth on solutions.
