I am originally from Benson. My dad ran a boxing and siding crew for many years and I guess it stuck with me. I love helping people get their projects done in a timely manner and at better than reasonable prices.

"We would highly recommend Darrick for your home improvement project. He is a very personable guy and he did thorough job finishing up our porch on schedule. His bid was very competitive and the quality of work was top notch. We love our new porch and plan to hire this company again for future home improvement projects.

"Scott was upfront, honest & and answered all my questions. He was able to get my shed built within a week and a half of my first contact with him. He did everything including ground prep. All we had to do was pay him! My husband is very impressed with the construction & feels it is solid & well worth the money spent. Hands down Scott was the best price around & able to build much faster than any that sell pre-fab buildings. We really appreciate his integrity & good work. Hard to find these days. Contact him for all your shed & storage building needs!"

"Somehow the box holding the GFCI receptacle in my bathroom was damaged during a renovation. I tried to remove the box, but it shattered into pieces. Since I have no experience handling GCFI receptacles, I contacted two contractors on Angieslist. Santiago responded right away and replaced the box for me. We agreed on a price and it was done! The GCFI outlet and the connected outlets work beautifully. I am very, very grateful for the fast, competent service."

"Overall, the project turned out magical. Steve was extremely interactive throughout the project and made seemingly complex issues fall into place with only a few conversations. In the beginning, I underestimated the amount of decisions required in a timely fashion to maintain the original construction time-line. Nonetheless, his subcontractors were responsive throughout, with a few making multiple visits to ensure I was satisfied. He collaborated with my designer on a few occasions to ensure adequacy of design elements. Over the years, I have dealt with a few contractors. Steve is one of the few that strives to ensure you are thrilled with the outcome and is not content until you are. He involved us in relevant components of the process with plenty of communication, but does expect you to trust his judgment and be mindful of not micromanaging him as with many professionals. However, during construction, he was always willing to make amendments to the original plan, and discussed possible additional charges which helped gauge my convictions. After utilizing Steve, I could not imagine contracting with anyone else, especially when a relatively large amount of money is at stake for contracted improvements. Thank you Steve, for creating such a beautiful living space."
