"Jeremy suggested a new receiver as I wanted to put most of the controls in the master bedroom which meant going through the wall and having the remote work through the wall. The old receiver wouldn't do that nor was it compatible with Air Play for my Apple devices. Once I received the estimate I checked pricing on line, finding the receiver for slightly less, Jeremy met that price. On the day of the install, Brad arrived first and started getting everything laid out. He and Jeremy were here for the entire afternoon. One of the speakers in the ceiling was not working, Jeremy spent about 40 minutes in the attic (thank heavens it was January and cool). He found a solution to the problem but when it came time to install the new CD changer, it didn't work. ( I had purchased that component from Best Buy.) Once I was able to get the new CD changer Jeremy and Brad came back. They got it hooked up and did some minor programming adjustments to the universal remote I also bought from Jeremy. I can't thank these guys enough. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and my home, cleaned up any mess that was made and were very pleasant. You can't go wrong using them. I don't know what the problem was with a couple of the low reviews but I would hire Jeremy and his company again in a nanosecond! Thank you Jeremy and Brad!"

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"Tim arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. As always, simple is never simple. He identified an issue with the mounting bracket we were going to use and replaced it with one that fit our TV. He securely mounted the TV, made adjustments as we requested, and did not rush just to get it done. Instead, he wanted to make sure it was done right and that we had no concerns. Also, our satellite provider had told us we needed new HDMI cables and Tim determined that was not correct, saving us an unnecessary expense. We appreciate his honesty. Excellent service!
