"The whole house could hear the vibration when our two year old Tran xv20i heat pump was at 67% work load. It seems the issue started from day one it was installed. Tried to reach out the installer but they went under. In June, I called McCrea. Mark Dzbynski came over, carefully checked everything and then concluded that refrigerant was not charged to the correct capacity. He explained that our system line is longer than usually and additional refrigerant is needed to compensate the length. He carefully calculated and addded the correct amount based on the temperate & length. From June and Oct, the vigration never came back. No one can tell when the system is on because it works so quietly. I really appraicate the work done by Mark and his work ethinics. Very pleased!"

One of their customer relation person known as Adam Shapiro first came and assess the project and then brought two of his team members who are very experienced about Airconditioner installation. The two gentlemen were very professional , punctual and very fast. How they were able to fit in the Air handler into a narrow cubicle space surprised me. Also, their price is more reasonable compared to others. This is a company that gives you the reassurance that they will always be there if there is any problem which I am very confident there will not be any issues. I am so glad I made the decision to have them install my AC, HVAC is not the kind of project you will ask any kind of engineer or technician to install. "Just had an emergency visit to replace capacitor in one of my two HVAC units. Was able to schedule my favorite tech Kevin through the excellent front desk staff. Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC operations is superb. But most importantly, from the HVAC techs and Kevin to the front office staff, the people at Holtzople are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in taking care of us. This shows in our semiannual service plan visits as well as the rare emergency needs that pop up like the situation discussed above. And we have been very happy with our TRANE HVAC units. Josh installed a wall charger for my electric vehicle, disconnect shut off switch in the garage, ran cabling from a new 60amp circuit, additional receptacles in the garage I asked for, whole house surge protector, and more. It was a big job! The best part is my kids were still able to distance learn in the bedrooms without interruption of power while install occurred. Josh answered questions I had even after the job was complete over his personal cell phone when I followed up with a call. This makes for great customer service!
