"Jeff gave us fair bid for installing sod. We had our yard ripped up by concrete contractors installing a new patio/retaining wall. Because of the unusually wet, spring the "lawn" was pretty much just mud. The initial work was not above expectations. However, the grading wasn't done correctly so we had a problem with water drainage after they were finished. I called Jeff (after paying him in full, mind you) not expecting a call back.
