"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"Tom arrived at designated time, disconnected and removed old water tank and then installed new tank. Tom is very professional, personable, has outstanding work ethics and has always been able to respond when I contacted him in the past for problems that arose. Tom also checked water lines, faucets for possible problems which I appreciate as preventing problems. He then took the time to explain things to me. Anita, office staff member is very pleasant and easy to speak and work with. I have recommended Tom in the past and will continue to do so; I am that satisfied. <br />"

"Todd Hancock who owns and runs Hancock Irrigation used to work for the landscape company that I used for landscape type work. So when he branched out with his own irrigation business, I followed him. He installed the system and if I have problems, a lot of times he comes out and looks at it without additional charge. If it is something pretty minor, he just comes and does it which I respect because he installed the system. So when there is a problem with the equipment, most of the time he comes out and takes care of it without an additional charge. Sometimes if there is part or something, he has to charge me for the part, but he is good about backing up his work. His price seems very reasonable to me."

I called Henry's and he was out here within 15 minutes and fixed the problem at just his normal hourly rate. While he was here, he winterized my system and showed me how to use the system. He was really helpful and really awesome. The repair was $60 and the winterization was $160, which includes coming back and starting the system back up next spring."

"Everything was super easy for us! The old plants were carefully removed so nothing around them was damaged. We were given plenty of new plant options (based off a description of what my wife thought she wanted). In the end we got a whole new flower bed, new shrubs, a couple small trees, and an irrigation system for the lawn. The lawn itself was really bad, but he explained why my lawn had died off the way it had and showed me how to properly maintain the lawn. With our new irrigation system installed, the old lawn ripped up, and the new seeds laid properly it was only a matter of a couple weeks before our new lawn looked better than our old lawn ever did! We couldn't be happier and we can't wait to get our back yard done next year!"

"It was okay. I didn't see the people. They came, did their work and left. I wanted aerating and over-seeding. I don't know if they had gotten a big response for their advertised price but I felt they came out kind of late and they didn't leave much time for grass to grow in the fall. Actually, I was a little disappointed in how long for them to come out. It was actually later towards the end of October before they actually got here, maybe the second week of October. They were good. There wasn't any additional cost. The price was really good that's why I scheduled the service with them."
