Contacted TJ day 1, his crew was out day 2 to assess, take measurements and discuss options. They needed to locate a new heat exchanger, which they did. Returned on day 3 - started, completed, and tested repairs in less time than I expected. Our house never got cold, which was my concern. They also did a couple upgrades and needed cleanings. Best of all, in spite of potential for a real messy job, they left the house very clean. Knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, good communication start to finish.
