They partially completed work and said I?d be contacted to schedule a concrete truck. Instead, it appears they were waiting for a bargain, leaving the job stalled. A month later, I?m embarrassed by how my driveway looks?especially in a community where appearance matters. I planned to resurface it, but the condition made that impossible. Work remains unfinished and communication is virtually nonexistent. When I reached Marcus, he was dismissive, nasty, and aggressive. Calls/messages go unanswered. Another company said the ?repaired? joints look old and poorly done. Leveling is subpar. Filing complaints with Florida Consumer Affairs/Attorney general. "
